All OUTWEST products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print and logistics partner, Qikink.


Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipment. (Qikink)

  • This includes:

    • Order verification

    • Product printing

    • Quality check

    • Packaging and dispatch

In some cases, orders may take up to 5–6 business days due to:

  • High order volume

  • Printing complexity

  • Quality control checks

  • Operational delays (Qikink)

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping & Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery timelines are generally:

  • Standard delivery within India: 2–5 business days depending on delivery location and courier serviceability. (Qikink)

Estimated total delivery time:

  • 4–8 business days from order placement in most cases.

Delivery may vary depending on:

  • Pin code serviceability

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Unexpected logistics disruptions


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Product weight

  • Quantity

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping mode selected

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Special shipping requirements


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and locations.

Additional COD charges may apply at checkout.


Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders

OUTWEST is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailable/unreachable

  • Natural disasters or courier disruptions

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address may not be eligible for shipping refunds.


International Shipping

Currently, OUTWEST ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
